Information you are not asked to provide

There is no account, no newsletter, no contact form, and no checkout. The calculator does not send the sizes you type to a server. The comparison is computed on the page after it has already been generated as ordinary HTML.

Cookies and analytics

These pages do not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or social-media pixels. They do not embed third-party trackers. A browser may still store its own history of pages you visit. That record stays with your browser.

Hosting logs

The files are served from a content network. Like most hosts, that network can record technical connection data such as an IP address, a time, and the URL requested, in order to deliver the page and to resist abuse. This site does not use those logs to build an advertising profile, and it does not sell personal information. There is no personal information collected through the pages themselves to sell.

Changes

If a later version of the site adds a form, an account, or analytics, this page will change before that happens. The current version, dated October 17, 2026, does none of those things. Questions about the guide itself are outside what a privacy policy can answer; the about page describes the limits of the writing, and the terms describe the limits of the calculator.
